what the FUCK happens in cyberverse

Here's a list just off the top of my head, in no particular order. MASSIVE spoilers ahead.

-Wheeljack keeps making party drugs. This is not only accepted but wholly encouraged by the Autobots. He's made the bot equivalent to cocaine so strong it made grimlock physically unable to stop himself from running around the ship at mach 5. This was the basis for an entire episode. He's also made patches that give you a direct link to the Allspark that he passed out at a party specifically to get everyone as fucked up as physically possible. I cannot overemphasize that Optimus make no effort to stop this until things turn destructive on both occasions.

-Soundwave and Shockwave completely fucking hate each other and have a whole rivalry trying to be a better and more useful follower for Megatron than each other.

-Soundwave is a fucking memelord who will play clown music or dramatic riffs to dunk on people from the soundboard he has built into his hardware.

-theres a sort of liminal dimension referred to as Unspace that you can get stuck in and if you are there for too long you will straight up disintegrate. We see this happen to the entire crew aboard the arc from different timelines several times while the main timeline crew we follow tries to escape this fate, thus dooming dozens of other timelines.

-Cheetor is basically Allspark Jesus, and he's tired of all the fighting, so he tries to have Optimus and Megatron settle their differences once and for all. The chosen method for this was making them both play the Newlywed Game. They were both terrible at it, the MegOp Divorce agenda is alive and well.

-the Quintessons invade Cybertron and stick the entire population into a simulation a la The Matrix, which slowly drains their life force until they die. This kills countless unnamed Cybertronians, both Autobot and Decepticon, as well as Hound, who does not get to appear on screen.

-the Quintessons also catch Starscream, rip his face off, and modify him into an Eldritch tentacle beast with his brain attached to two other aliens, and then appoint that amalgamation as the judge that decides the fate of the universe in regards to whether they exterminate all life within it.

-Shockwave commits suicide for Megatron's approval. He launches his spark straight into the Allspark to taint it specifically as a last desperate fuck you to the autobots.

-Soundwave acquired laserbeak by just kind of grabbing a random bird out of the sky.

-Soundblaster is an ex-decepticon that left out of shame. That shame being Soundwave beating his ass in a beatboxing competition so fuckin hard he couldn't show his face around his faction anymore.

-The autobots keep starscream captive and try to get him to take a therapy session with the Arc's AI, and he starts out willing to actually give it a shot but said AI is kind of Stupid and screamer ends up tricking him into letting him escape through an air vent to go wreak havoc instead.

-Starscream also starts a suicide cult with the other Seekers, gains control of Vector Sigma and the Allspark, has the seekers forfeit their sparks to him, thus resulting in a cosmically powered Starscream. He uses that power to "remake" his followers into scraplets that he refers to as, with nothing but love in his tone, his "children."

-Shockwave and Wheeljack are shown to be ex lab partners. Shockwave has an army of drones that look exactly like his altmode that Wheeljack helped program. They are programmed to be able to break out into a coordinated dance number at any given time. Originally this was just to make Wheeljack laugh. Shockwave kept that function in throughout the entire war and initiates it the second there's a truce and Wheeljack asks to see it again.

-Shockwave kidnaps Wheeljack at one point for Science Under Duress purposes and Wheeljack is too invested in all the sweet fuckin tech Shockwave's been making while they were apart to really care that he's being held against his will, and then proceeds to escape without too much issue because he knows Shockwave well enough to know exactly how to disable everything.

-Bumblebee distracts the Decepticons by running in front of their surveillance cameras and shaking his ass in the most underwhelming way imaginable.

-Grimlock is only stupid when he's in his altmode because it takes a lot of power to sustain and he has to sacrifice some of his higher brain functions to keep it manageable. In robot mode he talks like he went to an Ivy League college and knows what champagne tastes like. He throws upscale parties every chance he gets.

-Grimlock also helped start an anticapitalist revolution with Bumblebee when he found an underground society of insect transformers that had a rigid caste system. This was within moments of finding out that the ultra wealthy were hoarding the limited energon reserves for themselves. Grimlock is a comrade and he does not fuck around.

-Skybyte is here and he sounds like Skeletor.

-Windblade and Slipstream are nemeses and somehow it's even more toxic yuri coded than Arcee and airachnid in tfp.

-speaking of Arcee, she's besties with Grimlock. They at one point have a physical fight over who gets to die to protect the other.

-hot rod and soundwave are forced to share leadership over the team of bots and cons that escaped the quintessons' simulation and it's packed with so much homoerotic tension its unreal.

-Maccadam is some kind of lovecraftian war machine that can unfold himself into a whole armory whenever he feels like it. We have no idea what his whole altmode looks like, all we see are the ominous shadows of the weapons on the walls. He uses this specifically as a threat to keep anyone from fighting in his bar bc he's insistent it remain neutral ground. He also can kinda just. See into the future. And casually drops prophecies that get written off as spoonerisms until they turn out to be relevant.

-Optimus Prime has horrific social anxiety that he can kind of power through when he's in a crisis, but the second things are chill and he has to give a speech at a party or something he simply does not know how to function.

-the entire planet of Velocitron gets taken over by cosmic rust and everyone inhabiting it that couldn't escape in time was killed horrifically.

-cosmos is a girl and she hangs out with a dude named Meteorfire who is, for all intents and purposes, just robot Steve Irwin.

-Astrotrain keeps closing doors in people's faces for the funny

-Megatron is killed by a version of himself from an alternate universe that went nuts and starting creating a master race of perfect Decepticons to inhabit Cybertron. Said perfect Decepticons were carbon copies of idw Tarn in all but personality.

-Acidstorm is canonically genderfluid and keeps switching between male and female seeker frames whenever they feel like it

-Kup, who had not been in the show at all until this point, decides to show up and narrate an entire episode like hes giving a political speech.

And, the infamous one we all know and love

-Megatron is a twitch streamer and he livestreams Starscream's fucking funeral. The chat has custom Decepticon emotes.

A very basic summary so sorry for the plot holes and shitty wrriting

> CRYOGENIC AU

> Thousands upon thousands of years into the cybertronian war, Decepticon Mad Scientist, Shockwave, revealed his new experiment to dictator, Megatron, in hopes it would wipe out the Autobot faction for good. An infectious Bio-weapon dubbed the “Hate Plague” was unleashed onto the unknowing war soldiers.

> A violent virus spread through a prolonged touch, of which the infected would succumb to severe amounts of agitation, a loss of control and morality, as well as exhibiting violent behaviours towards any other life forms.

> Quickly they exhibited aggression towards each other, hoping the Autobots would tear their own faction apart. However the plague backfired, quickly advancing through cybertronian kind, both factions finding themselves trapped.

> Autobot inventor, Wheeljack, quickly explained the situation to the autobot commanders, having found a momentary solution to the virus during recent encounters, Cold Temperatures, a drop in the atmospheres temperature would halt the spread of the plague on an individual, but would not reverse the effects. Information that could be crucial in reversing the outbreak. But a task as such would be almost impossible with the large spread around the planet.

> The Decepticon faction had been completely overrun in attempt to fight back against the virus. Megatron reluctantly fleeing from the war grounds to save his own life, finding the remaining alive Autobots with their base in a secure lockdown.

Prowl x Reader

• “Can I touch you?” He asks and your head turns to look at him stretched out beside you. It feels like walking a tight wire dealing with him. Or maybe it’s more like navigating a field of land mines. “I’ll behave.” Doubt that and definitely don’t trust him at all when he’s being nice. Still angry with him for just ditching you and that it had hurt so much. And you’re not sure you want him to hold you.

• “I think I prefer when you’re an asshole,” you mutter to make him stiffen, but you scoot closer anyway. And despite your attitude, your expression is almost vulnerable as you glance up at him and away. You don’t resist when he drags you flush against him so your face is against his neck and his chin can rest on top of your head. Feeling the warmth of you against him, easing him. “I don’t know what to do with you when you’re nice,” you whisper and he vents.

• Can feel his servos delve into your hair when he cups the back of your head. It’s not love that makes you curl into him and breathe in the alien, but familiar smell of him. That makes you relax into his warmth and touch. “I can be awful if it makes you more comfortable,” he murmurs and you smile despite yourself, realizing how screwed you are. You really do like him, don’t you? “You smell by the way.”

• There’s the fire, little hands smacking against his chassis as you shove him, only managing to scoot yourself back and then glaring up at him. “I do not.” Struggling against the urge to smile, he presses a kiss against your forehead and you shove him again. Offended with him, but the tension drains out of you despite the anger. Relaxing. What’s wrong with the two of you that makes fighting feels comfortable?

• “You stink like humans,” he mutters, standing and bending to hook an arm around you, hauling you toward your wash area Wheeljack had mass produced and set up for the bots with humans. “I like it better when you smell of me,” he adds as you flush and consider elbowing him in the face. Because this Prowl? This is familiar territory you know how to navigate. Anything to distract you from the terrifying certainty that you are somehow in love with the asshole. And it can only end badly.

Ok but the angst of getting hurt in the bots vehicle mode is delicious.

Yea bruises suck but they’ll heal. However, what if it ended up a bit more serious? I’m only talking because my cousin had to get her pinky amputated because it got caught in a car door (she’s fine though)

I feel like both Optimus and Ultra would have an actual crisis. Bumblebee and bulkhead would honestly probably cry.

Damn we have to traumatize these guys even more with an actual war going on???? You tell them it's fine, it was a total accident - but none of them will ever be clean. They can still smell your blood, hear the bone crunching... Optimus is now ready to die for you x100 - and Ultra Magnus won't ever let you out of his sight for even a second, yet vehemently refuses to let you in his alt mode. These two are coping pretty well on a surface level, but Optimus is going through it TM - while Magnus focuses all of his energy on making sure you never get hurt again under his watch Bumblebee, Bulkhead and Smokescreen are all ugly sobbing over it because it's traumatic and OH GOD THEIR HUMAN FRIEND MUTILATED THEIR DIGIT, WHAT THE FUCK DO THEY DO Breakdown only handles this mildly better (still cries at some point) - but acting as a nurse has helped him deal with gruesome injuries. He's locked in on getting you the medical aid you need (not his own however - there's only so much he can do with his huge servos) - then has an intense dissociative episode while waiting for your recovery. Yay. He's doing better. Don't worry about it Knock Out reacts worse than Breakdown The feeling of crushing your finger scares him so bad he nearly drives off in a panic. The doctor inside of him is ready to administer first aid, but this is beyond his Cybertronian jurisdiction - so he tells you to hop in, and he breaks the sound barrier getting you to the hospital (rip to the cops that drove into a ditch). He will never be clean no matter how hard he scrubs his interior. He will never forget the sickening crunch. Wheeljack actually drives you to the ER but tells you not to tell Ratchet or Ultra Magnus about it. He's coping pretty well though, convinced you'll have a quick recovery. Even if you lose a digit, life keeps on going If you do this to Ratchet, he'll have an aneurysm

You looked at them all, with a smirk (Rival Name) next to them. Her smile made you want to attack her, but she sat in Bee's palm. "I-I..." You stopped talking. Everyone stared daggers at you.

'Your Vampire Empire'

"You may now leave." Optimus says, staring at you coldly. "Fine. Jackie-" You felt tears come out of your as Wheeljack turned around.

'I see there, rejecting all your earthly power.'

'Protecting and dissecting 'til you've emptied every hour'

"Just go. You've done enough." Ratchet said, it's like you all where not dating. The bridge opened up, and you where still in shock. "R-ra-" "Don't say my name." Ratchet was cold. You wanted to pull off your hair. "Fine. But don't expect me to come back!" You ripped the promise ring from your hand that they have you, and stormed out to your home.

'I wanted to see you naked, I wanted to hear you scream, I wanted to kiss your skin and your everything. '

The next month, it was so bad. You had no friends, besides Miko, who was the only one to believe you.

'I wanted to be the one you could understand'

You wanted to badly to hurt yourself. You wanted to.

But you kept moving. Getting rid of everything they gave you was the first step.

That's when you finally met the Decepticons.

'In her Vampire empire I am Falling ya'

After a few months of getting to know them, you can't help but to feel loved. A kind of love you never had before.

But you couldn't tell Miko.

But she found out and told the Autobots they kidnapped you.

'Well, I walked into your dagger for the last time'

Megatron had you up on his shoulder, as his new Queen. Starscream was also very pleaseed.

'Where you can't seem to hold, me can't seem to let me go'

'So I can't find surrender can't keep control'

Optimus, and the others watched as you can down on the battled field, on Megatron's shoulder. "I Sw- (Y/n)! What are you doing!?" Wheeljack asks, lowering his arm. The fighting stopped. "Oh, you mean my queen?" You looked so high and mighty un on his shoulder. Just like how you use to do to them.

'You say you want to be alone and you want children'

'You wanna be with me, you wanna be with HIM'

Ratchet tried to run to you, but was stopped by you kissing Megatron's helm. "Trader!" (Rival Name) called from the sidelines. "Yes, but I'm no trader since I'm not the one who made me get kicked out." Your words hurt Bulkhead and the others dearly.

'I am empty until she kills'

'In her Vampire empire'

"We had no choice-" Megatron glared at Ratchet to shut him up.

'Falling ya'

"You did. And you choice to run MY Queen from her once home." Optimus felt jealous. They all did. "Ya! And for once we're the good guys." Knockout said. Optimus looked to (Rival Name). "Care to explain?" Ratchet asked, glaring at (Rival Name).

"Look... I may have lied about (Y/n) being really mean to me, but you guys wouldn't hurt me right...?" They felt betrayed by (Rival name). "T-that means..." Bee looked to you, and with big eyes full of tears, tried to ran to you, but Shockwave stopped him. "It is illogical of you to do that. It's logical that (Y/n) is ours now." Shockwave said coldly. Bee taken out his gun, but was stopped by Optimus. "We- Sweetspark-" "Do not call them your 'sweetspark'." Megatron growled. Wheeljack looked to you, pleading eyes that you would come with them, be happy again. Bee tried to get past Shockwave, but it failed.

Megatron turned to the spaceship, and started to walk away. Optimus held his hand out, but it was no use, you slipped right past his fingers.
